ABOUT A ALLRUSSIAN KOBUDO 
FEDERATION.
All-Russian Union of Public Associations “Kobudo Federation of Russia” was established in 2003. The main objectives of the Federation are the development and popularization of eastern martial art named Kobudo in the Russian Federation, the promotion of healthy lifestyle, increasing the prestige and strengthening the position of Russian athletes in the international sportive arena. One of the main goals in the activity of the Federation is the involvement of children and youth into mass sports, the formation of their active life position.
The Russian Kobudo Federation is Headed by Alexei Kuznetsov (Honored coach of Russia, Martial arts master of Russia, Master of Sports of Russia, national category Judge, member of the supreme council of the Russian Union of Martial Arts, the Winner of the national award “Golden Belt”, 7th Dan of Kobudo)
All Russian Kobudo Federation unites 36 regional public sportive organizations practicing Kobudo. The Russian Kobudo Federation counts more then 30 thousand practicing members.
Russian Kobudo Federation is the initiator and founder of a various number of initiatives, aimed at the development and popularization of martial arts and combat sport disciplines. Many of these initiatives are well known outside the country. The Russian Kobudo Federation has the authority to lead the development of Kobudo in Russia, to represent this discipline in the state and public organizations; to host the championships, cups and other Russian official sportive events as well as the international sporting competitions in Kobudo hosted in the Russian Federation. It’s also authorized to represent sports delegation and team of the Russian Federation under the national flag in occasion of any official international sportive events.
